- Unlimited virtual refresher training sessions to keep your team updated are available upon request.
- Customer support via email or phone during regular business hours to address procedural questions, troubleshoot testing issues, and provide status updates on specimens sent to Insight’s labs and results that have been sent to the MRO.
- After-hours and weekend support for urgent inquiries and assistance.
- Easy and efficient ordering and invoicing for all products via email or phone.
- Consolidated billing for all laboratory services.
- Custody and Control forms are included with each purchased test. These are used for documentation and submission of non-negative results sent to the Insight’s laboratories.
- Overnight shipping arrangements have been made to ensure timely specimen delivery.
- Guidance and assistance in establishing and managing a random employee testing program, including a randomized, computer-generated, numeric based selection of employees to be tested.
- Support with background checks, policy review, and discounted attorney services for policy development, to ensure compliance with state laws.
- Insight will provide periodic purchase history reports and lab usage reports to assist in effectively managing your testing program.
